• Few hard-boiled eggs

• 1 packet cream cheese, softened

o Split eggs in half lengthwise. Take out the yolks; set whites aside. In a bowl, mash them yolks. Then add cream cheese, salt, pepper, mustard; blend all of them well until form a smooth buttery consistency. Stir in peas.

• Almond flour 

• Tapioca flour

• Coconut flour

• Eggs

• Almond milk
